Answer: IPS system employs the exclusive merchant number to verify merchant's validity, accepts payment application and requires customers to fill out credit card number and period of validity. IPS SERVER is installed with SSL certificate issued by VeriSign, the global well-known authentication center, so https protocol should be employed when customer's browser sends CGI request. All https requests from customer and returned results from Web Server are automatically encrypted with SSL. Therefore, IPS system can provide supreme guarantee for a safe transaction.Online payment is carried out through payment gateways of main banks in China and adopts international advanced SSL encryption. Banks are responsible for the security and it is trustworthy. IPS doesn't collect user's credit card info. When you need input your credit card data, actually you have entered the payment gateway of the bank. So, you needn't worry about the disclosure of your credit card info by IPS. Please don't input your credit card info in public, preventing others getting your card number and password. What may be the reason when you open the payment page, Page Cannot Be Displayed or blank page appears?
Answer: (1) Encryption level is rather low and you can't enter bank system, because IE browser didn't upgrade.
How to upgrade: open Help menu of IE browser, choose About Internet Explorer, the data of your IE browser edition will be displayed in the opened window. The second term is the key length which may be 56- if you didn't upgrade your browser key. Click Upgrade Info and link to Microsoft web page which will provide some upgrade info for you. Or, you can choose Windows Update from browser Tool menu (or from system Start menu), and the system will automatically lead you to install some mends and upgrade programs.
(2) Internet operation situation or Internet operation mode suffers some restrictions, which may be set by network service providers. If possible, please change another Internet operation situation or Internet operation mode.
(3)If instantly network doesn't go along fluently, please try refreshing the page. If refreshing doesn't work, the problem may be caused by browser Cache Memory. Please delete the temporary files following the directions: IE Menu-Tool-Internet Options-click Delete Cookies or Delete File.
