Payment with all-in-one card: make payment directly from current account and have maximal payment sum limit. Customers in Dongguan, Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Ningbo, Shaoxing, Hefei, fuzhou, Quanzhou, fushan and Qingdao can use all-in-one card to make online payment. The daily maximal payment sum is RMB5000 and the maximal online payment sum is RMB10000. If online payment sum limit is insufficient, you can reset it through Internet banking general edition or telephone banking. All-in-one card number and online payment password are employed to make payment.
How to open:
Application online, application through telephone and application over counters.

Payment with payment card: payment card, which has a fixed payment sum limit, is a special subsidiary account for online payment of all-in-one card. Customers out of Dongguan, Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Ningbo, Shaoxing, Hefei, Fuzhou, Quanzhou and Qingdao, can make online payment using payment card. The maximal daily accumulative transaction amount is RMB5000. Before your payment, you must transfer money from all-in-one care to your payment card through Internet banking general edition. Payment card number and online payment password are used in to make payment.
How to open: first you must have CMB All-in-one Card. Customers of CMB all-in-one card have three ways to apply for payment card: application online, application through telephone and application over counters. Please pay attention to that the payment card applied for online has a Protection Period, during which you can only make low value payment but there is no protection period if application is made through telephone or over counters.
Credit card payment: you can set payment sum limit in your credit limit.

Payment Process
1. After making purchase on merchant website and the order is made, choose IPS online payment platform, enter IPS online security payment platform, choose China Merchants Bank in bank list, choose one card from Payment Card (nationwide), All-in-one Card (nationwide), Credit Card (nationwide), click Confirm Payment.

2. The page skips to CMB online payment page, choose the corresponding payment card, click Next

3. Customers input payment card number, payment password and so on info, click Confirm and payment result is displayed. The goods-taking page of shopping website will pop up if payment is successful.

1、What's the relationship of payment card online payment and all-in-one card online payment?
Online payment of Payment Card and online payment of Professional Edition are two payment services provided by CMB for different customer groups. The common ground of these two services is that both can be used for online shopping and online payment, but they have the following differences: (1) different using way: Only installing browser, customers can use Payment Card to make online payment, but customers need download and install the customer end software-Personal Banking Professional Edition-before using Professional Edition for online payment. (2) different security mechanism: Online payment with Payment Card has made full use of the security mechanism of browser, and online payment with Professional Edition has adopted the digital certificate security mechanism self-developed by CMB, which has higher security. (3) different payment sum limit: online payment with Payment Card has a certain daily payment sum limit which is set by CMB. However, online payment sum limit of Professional Edition can be set by customers and it can be a limited sum or unlimited sum. (4) different payment account: Online payment with Payment Card makes payment from subsidiary account of Online Payment. Before using it money must be transferred from all-in-one card to payment card account. But online payment with Professional Edition makes payment directly from all-in-one card.
 
2、What is the difference between Personal Banking Professional Edition and General Edition?
Personal banking Professional Edition is the development and betterment of General Edition. Compared with General Edition, it has the following differences: (1) Transaction content is different: in addition to some functions of General Edition account inquiry, password amending, transfer between cards (fixed or current), transfer between accounts in the same ID card, transfer between special accounts, low value online payment, Professional Edition has more functions, including transfer in the some city, remittance from different city, high value online payment and so on functions. With the development of the business, more and more functions will come forth. (2) Different security mechanism: General Edition has made full use of the security mechanism of browser, and Professional Edition has adopted X.509 standard digital certificate system which has higher security. (3) Different using way: General Edition need not download any software. You can use General Edition through the operation on browser interface only with a computer connected with Internet. Professional Edition, which can be only used in the computer installed personal certificate, need download software of customer end and Professional Edition window is automatically opened in the operation.
 
3、What are the advantages and disadvantages of four payment methods provided by all-in-one card payment?
Payment with professional Edition: highly safe. Even if others know your card number and password, they can not use your professional edition to make payment. There is no payment sum limit and you need not transfer money to special payment account but you must apply for professional edition over bank counters.
Payment with all-in-one card: apply for it through telephone 95555 or over bank counters. It is convenient and there is payment sum limit. You needn't transfer money to your special payment account. This service is only employed in some cities.

Some mistake occurs in the communication between server and its relative system for some reason, which depends on the specific note about mistake. Generally, another try will make everything smooth or you can contact CMB according to the specific note.
 
6、The note-Payment Request Has Been Accepted by bank. Fault Occurs In Merchant's System and Merchant Can Not Get Payment result. Please Contact Merchant directly-shows. Why?
In this case, your payment is successful. Merchants can not give response to your payment notification at once because of their problem and they will get your payment info from the bank and deal with you order after a while. Don't make payment again for this order in order to avoid repeated payment.
 
7、How do I know whether my payment is successful if no info is returned after submitting payment request?
Generally speaking, it is because some fault occurs in the Internet communication between your computer and the bank and the communication breaks off when data is returned from the bank. You only need access the corresponding CMB online payment management system to inquire about whether there is payment transaction. Please access professional edition if making payment with professional edition; please access general edition if making payment with payment card or all-in-one card; please access credit card website if making payment with credit card. If your payment transaction can not be found, it means payment request failed; if payment transaction can be viewed, it means payment transaction is sent out successfully but the communication breaks off when data is returned.
 
8、What should I do if I haven't received goods after a successful payment?
After a successful payment with CMB, you need click Click Here For Getting Goods link to get your goods and goods info will not pop up directly. Please close 3721 Internet Assistant and so on windows blocking function.
 
9、What may be the reasons of failure online payment?
Generally speaking, if payment is not successful, banks will send back info about mistakes which clearly tell you the reasons of mistakes, such as wrong password or deficient balance. If such info is not sent back, it is usually because the Internet communication between your computer and banks has some fault.
 
10、What should I do if input box of card number or password can not be displayed on payment page?

11、What are protection period and protection period sum limit?
If you have opened online payment functions, in a certain period, you can only make low value payment online. This period is called Protection Period. The function of protection period is to protect your fund security and prevent or reduce loss caused by illegal use of online payment functions because your card number and password is incautiously disclosed and used by others.
In protection period, daily accumulative payment sum limit is RMB500.
There is no protection period if online payment function is opened through telephone or over counters.
The length of protection period depends on how you use online payment function. The details are as follows:
(1) Protection period is generated as soon as online payment function is opened online.
(2) 15 days after customer's accumulative online payment sum reaches RMB200, protection period is automatically ended.
So, the time when protection period is ended depends on when your accumulative online payment sum reaches RMB200.
If you don't want to be restricted by protection period, please apply for opening online payment function through telephone (95555) or over counters.
 
12、What is online payment sum limit?
Payment with professional edition: customers can set it by themselves and make high value payment.
Payment with payment card: daily accumulative payment sum can not exceed RMB500 in protection period and can not exceed RMB5000 out of protection period. For some special merchants, daily accumulative payment sum may be less than or more than RMB5000.
Payment with all-in-one card: daily accumulative payment sum can not exceed RMB500 in protection period and can not exceed the daily payment sum limit set by customers out of protection period. If customers haven't set daily payment sum limit, the default sum is 5000RMB. For some special merchant, daily sum limit may be less than or more than this limit. In addition, customers can set a total accumulative sum limit by themselves.
Remark: when you carry out consumption with CMB online payment general edition, if payment sum of a transaction exceeds consumption sum limit set by CMB: RMB1000. You can use the spare telephone provided when applying for online payment functions and complete the payment after acquiring Validation Code following the system directions. If the former general edition payment is employed, the daily accumulative transaction amount still keeps RMB5000.
 
13、How should I make identity validation?

· Click Obtain Validation Code Through SMS, the system sends Validation Code to customers' spare telephone.
· Customers input Validation Code in Please Input Obtained Validation Code box, click Confirm to complete identity validation.
Tips
· Validation Code can only be used once and it is valid in 24 hours.
· If it is input wrong for five times, Validation Code needs to be obtained again.
· If you can't receive Validation Code for a long time, please obtain it through telephone.

· When making online payment, customers should input payment amount and payment password click Confirm. If daily accumulative transaction amount for a card exceeds Validation Code limit, Identity Validation page will pop up.
· On Identity Validation page, choose any of the spare numbers, click Operation Directions For Obtaining Validation Code Through Telephone, choose all-in-one card issued place, dial 95555 to obtain validation code following the telephone banking speech process in operation directions.
· On Identity Validation page, input validation code in Please Input Obtained Validation Code box, click Confirm to complete identity validation.

Deduction of telephone payment with all-in-one card is from payment card (online special payment account), so when the balance is insufficient, the system will automatically ask you to transfer money from your all-in-one current account to payment card. The process is as follow:
->The automatic speech system reminds you account balance is insufficient, press 1 to transfer money from your current account to online special account for payment.
->Please input all-in-one card money-drawing password #
->Please input transfer amount #

->Automatic speech system tells transfer from current account to online special account is successful

Note: If you are an all-in-one card customer, forgetting your payment password, please take your card and ID to counters of CMB for password loss reporting service.
