1. From Nov. 25, 2005, for customers who apply for electronic payment card in ABC website, maximum consumption limit for each day and for each transaction is adjusted from RMB1000 to RMB200
2. For electronic payment card, applied for before Nov. 25, 2005, the consumption limit for each day and for each transaction is still RMB1000
3. The above consumption limit doesn't work for customers, who apply for Internet banking digital certificates. Please call local ABC customer service 95599 to inquire about the payment sum limit.

How to open electronic payment card
1、Log in to ABC online payment pagehttp://www.95599.cn/
2、 Click Apply For Electronic Payment Card
3、Input your bank card number, inquiry password and figure validation code, click Confirm. It is very easy to complete the application procedure with the lead of the web page.
Payment Procedure
1、Purchase goods on merchant website and make the order, choose IPS online payment platform for payment, enter IPS online security payment platform, choose Agriculture Bank of China in bank list, choose Internet Banking Registered Customer (Nationwide), click Confirm Payment
2、The page will transfer to ABC online payment page. If security certificate warning pops up, please click Yes, choose Certificate Payment or Electronic Payment Card Payment
3、Taking electronic payment card for example, input electronic payment card number (must be applied for), bank card payment password (same with the withdrawing money password on ATM) and figure validation code, click Confirm Payment to submit the payment.
4、Show payment result, click Notify Merchant of Successful Payment tab to get the goods after the payment succeeds.

2、What's the reason of the notice about failure when applying for electronic payment card online?
The notice about failure appears because your bank card password is rather simple. In order to safeguard your money, please modify your inquiry password and payment password as soon as possible on ABC ATM or at offices, or on Internet banking with Internet banking registered customer certificate. Simple password includes 6 bits password in the form of repeated sequential number (e.g.000000), password employing sequential numbers in Ascend or Descend (e.g.123456, 987654) and password employing sequential 6 numbers from any place of your card number and certificate number. |

3、How can I become an e-Cert customer?
1. Please take your ID card and Jinsui card to apply for being Internet banking e-Cert customer at any office of ABC and at same time you can get reference number and authorization code.
2. Accesshttp://www.95599.cn/, click Internet Banking Certificate in Speedy Download, input relevant info according to the directions.
3. After the download, you can enjoy online payment, transfer and so on functions.
Notice: In 14 days from you get the reference number and authorization code, you can download and update your certificate with your reference number and authorization code by yourself and 14 days later your reference number and authorization code will be invalid. |

4、What's the meaning of the notice The Residual Payment Times of Your Bank Card is Equal or Lesser Than 0.
When cardholders open electronic payment card, ABC will ask them to set a limit for daily payment times and cardholders can set times by themselves and the most payment times is 9999. When the notice The Residual Payment Times of Your Bank Card is Equal or Lesser Than 0 appears in the payment, it means your payment times has reached the payment times set by you. In this case, Please log in to ABC electronic payment card account and reset daily payment times. |
