2、If three passwords are set when opening a new Licaitong account, which one should be used when applying for Internet banking?
(1) When opening a new Licaitong account, in principle customer should carry out the operation over counters and set three passwords.
The first password: transaction password with card. It is generated when card is prefabricated and it is a default password which you can change over counters or on ATM. This card is used in consuming situation with cards but not used on Internet banking.
The second password: transaction password without card. It is provided by customer over counters and it can not be modified on ATM but only over counters. This password is used in consuming situation without card, such as Internet banking, draw money with deposit book and so on. The password is used when applying for Internet banking with new Licaitong, adding new Licaitong account, online transfer with new Licaitong and applying for payment password.
The third password: telephone banking password, used for telephone banking login.
(2) If new Licaitong account are opened in batch, which means you haven't provided transaction password and telephone banking password, Internet banking and telephone banking can not be used. If you want to enjoy Internet banking service, please make registration over counters and offer your spare password.
(3) The function of modifying transaction password without card is not offered online.
