Subsidiary Banks With Telephone Payment Service: Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqin, Zhengzhou, Kunming, Xiamen, Lanzhou, Changsha, Xi'an, Nanjing, Chengdu, Urumchi, Wuxi, Yichang, Changzhou, Dalian, Huangshi, Shengyang, Wuhan, Harbin, Nanchang, Jinan, Panjin, Suzhou, Yantai, Dandong 4. Opening Method Note: For a new user of Telephone Payment, telephone will automatically be transferred to Staff Service for opening service. 1) 95555- press 1 for automatic speech service-press 6 for Fast-and-easy fund management, press 2 for telephone payment 2) Input card number and inquiry password, telephone will automatically be transferred to Staff Service if telephone payment service is not opened. 3) Customer service staff will help you open the telephone payment service, during which you need answer some questions to check the identity of cardholder. Frequently asked questions: Spelling of your name? Birthday? Where did you open your account? Address and Email provided when opening account? Balance of your card? The last transaction amount? Have other CMB cards or not? 4) Bound transaction telephone(at most four telephones for a card, supporting mobile phone, fixed phone, smart lingtong) 5) Accept 6) Opening succeed 7) Customer can log in to Internet Banking of CMB for opening telephone payment service (located in Telephone Payment Application of Online Payment). 8. Payment Process Dial 95555 ( with bound transaction telephone) —>Press 1 to for Automatic Speech Service —>Press 6 for Fast-and-easy Fund Management and Telephone Payment —>Input card number and inquiring password —>Press 2 for Telephone Payment —>Report unpaid order —>Press 1 for Payment (If your account balance is insufficient, the system will automatically enter payment card transfer process) —>Input payment password (if with credit card: input inquiring password, period of validity, the last three numbers in the card back signature area) —>Press 18 to Confirm, 39 to Quit Transfer from all-in-one current account to payment card Deduction of telephone payment with all-in-one card is from payment card (online special payment account), so when the balance is insufficient, the system will automatically ask you to transfer money from your all-in-one current account to payment card. The process is as follow: —>The automatic speech system reminds you account balance is insufficient, press 1 to transfer money from your current account to online special account for payment. —>Please input all-in-one card money-drawing password # —>Please input transfer amount # —>Press 1 to confirm —>Automatic speech system tells transfer from current account to online special account is successful —>Input payment password (return to the order payment process) Note: If you are an all-in-one card customer, forgetting your payment password, please take your card and ID to counters of CMB for password loss reporting service. Inquiring Password (set when activating your credit card) need be input if telephone payment with credit card is employed. If you forget your password, please dial 800-820-5555 to reset it.
