1、Must my true name be input for the account name?
Answer: Yes. Your true name provided by you will be an important factor for your identity authentication. In any of your service operation, your account name relates to your account info (for example, bank card info). In some transactions, if your account name differs from your name in bank card, any fund sent to you may be automatically taken back, and you will be responsible for the loss caused by this. Therefore, you should input your true name for the account name.
Note: Your identity and account data are kept in secret strictly. Any other users can only see your registered Email address.

2、Can I change my personal info, such as registered Email address, username and account name?
Answer: Registered Email address and username can not be changed in order to insure transaction security and make uniqueness verification for user's account. Only general users can change their account names. You can change your account name in Upgrade Info of Account Info. |

3、How do I inquire about my account balance and user grade?
Answer: You log in to IPS account platform and click Account Balance in Account Info, and then you can check your account balance and user grade. |

4、What is account balance and account usable amount?
Answer: Account balance is all your remainder money in your account and account usable amount, not including frozen fund, is the remainder money you can use at present. For example, after you submit your cash-withdrawal application, your cash-withdrawal fund is kept in frozen state before the bank complete the process. |

5、Why should password-protecting question be set?
Answer: If you forget your account login password, you can get back your login password by yourself through your password-protecting question. We suggest you should instantly set your password-protecting question and its answer after your successful registration.

6、Can I change my login password and transaction password?
Answer: You can click Account Basic Info, choose Update Login Password and Update Transaction Password to modify your login password and transaction password. IPS, with sincerity, remind you for your account security don't modify your password in public (such as in Net Bar). |

7、What account types does IPS account have?
Answer: According to different business needs, we provide three account types: general user, senior user and enterprise user. General user can be upgraded to senior user. |

8、What's the use of bank account number and remittance address in the function application?
Answer: If you are a senior user of IPS account, you can add, in the function application, more than one bank accounts or remittance addresses for cash withdrawal. In account settlement, IPS can send money to your appointed bank account or remittance address. Bank accounts or remittance addresses can not instantly go into effect after application, and they need verification from IPS customer service staff. You can apply for at most five bank accounts and remittance addresses.

10、What's the use of currency management in the function application?
Answer:You need open RMB or I currency service in the currency management after you are successfully registered to be IPS user, otherwise account charging, transfer, cash withdrawal and consumption can not be carried out. |

Answer: I currency , a currency prepaid to IPS through ADSL, Unicom prepaid card and China Mobile prepaid card, can be used to buy valued-added service and product provided by IPS merchants. |
