3、How should I make post remittance? How should I fill in post remittance form?
Answer: Firstly, you need go to your local Post Office to make general post remittance. Please refer to the following way to fill in your post remittance form. Please do write down your IPS account number (16 bits Arabic numbers), registered Email address and username in the postscript of remittance form. IPS customer service staff will make charging for you according to your offered info.Mistakes may occur in the post remittance charging and some loss may be brought to the customer, because customer inputs the payee's info incorrectly, or IPS account, registered Email address and username are not input in the remittance form. Customers should handle the operation prudently and be responsible for the loss caused by improper operation.

Answer: Sorry, IPS account can not accept and handle refund application of I currency from personal user. |

8、What should I do if refund needs to be carried out because service can not be provided for out of stock or other reasons after my purchase with I currency?
Answer: You can contact your merchant directly. The merchant makes confirmation and notify us. According to the request from the merchant, we will send back I currency consumed by you to your IPS account. |
