A) Log in to IPS personal user backend, Click Gathering Tool 
B) Click Add Goods on the left of the page 
C）Input merchandise's name, choose display method of merchandise's price(please input the price if fixed price is chosen), choose fee paying method( the common transportation way can be chosen if you choose buyer to pay the fee), choose display style, choose product validity period, fill out additional info(can be omitted)  D）Click Confirm New Adding, the following page comes forth upon a successful goods adding. 
E）Click Goods List on the left of the page  F）Choose your added goods, click Acquiring Code 
G）Click IPS Payment to view page
